Refund policy
At 4GiftSake, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Since all our products are custom-made through print-on-demand, we ask that you please review our policy details carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to cancel or make changes, please email us as soon as possible at sales@4giftsake.com.
After 12 hours, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled.
Refunds and Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only for items that are damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible, customers must provide video proof of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at sales@4giftsake.com so we can make it right.
Shipping Information
We offer free standard shipping within the USA for orders of $50 or more.
For orders under $50, standard delivery (5–7 business days) costs $5.99.
Expedited delivery (1–2 business days) is available for $19.99.
Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 24 hours. Once processed, your item will be shipped according to the delivery option you selected at checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our items are customized and made to order, they are non-returnable unless they are damaged during shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please report the damage (if applicable), and place a new order after your issue has been resolved.
Refund Process
Once we receive your video proof or return (if required), we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
